Congratulations on reaching the rank of second degree black belt! We know you have worked very hard to achieve this prestigious rank, and are excited to begin your next step. The information below will help explain the next steps.
All three steps must be completed before we can schedule a ceremony date.
STEP 1 : SECOND DEGREE BLACK BELT APPLICATION
Please fill out our Second Degree Black Belt Application form accurately. This information is needed for the engraved name
on the trophy, embroidered name on the second degree black belt, and the Fair Lawn Taekwondo certification.
We ask that you please double check your information before submitting the form.
There are several fees attached to this application:

Fair Lawn Taekwondo Second Degree Black Belt fee, $450. (This is a mandatory fee).
2. Black Belt Uniform, $80. (This is an optional fee).
STEP 2 : BLACK BELT ESSAY GUIDELINE
This is your opportunity to tell us something about you, your life, or your goals. It is also an opportunity to express appreciation to those who have helped you along the way. You will be reading this essay aloud during your scheduled Second Degree Black Belt Ceremony.
Requirements:

Must be at least one page, double spaced, 12 point font.
