My name is Ian Nemets. I am 12 years old

and a first degree black belt.

I trained at a different Taekwondo school.

When my teacher left; this is when

we found Fair Lawn Taekwondo.

​

I needed a sport. I was lacking in

self-confidence.

 

Fair Lawn Taekwondo has helped me

gain respect and self-confidence.

​

 

When it comes to challenges and obstacles,

I approach them with more certainty.

 

​

What motivates me to work hard

is feeling of accomplished and having fun.

​

My most cherished accomplishment

is reaching black belt rank. 

​

My advice for current and future students;

Work hard, never give up. Never doubt

yourself and try new things.

​

My Taekwondo training will help me

work hard to reach my goal

no matter the obstacles.
