Meet Genesis and Catiushka Saenz.

They are 8 years old and a blue belt.

Genesis and Catiushka started Taekwondo
because of their Mom wanted them to have
self-confidence, to know how to defend themselves!
Most importantly, to learn that girls can do anything!

Training was at times challenging, 
but no matter how difficult or challenging;
Genesis and Catiushka were confident in themselves
and knew they can do it!

The girls' mom always motivated them
to work hard and try their best.

 

Genesis's proudest accomplishment is breaking the boards.

Catiushka's proudest accomplishment was her kicking.

What is their advice to other students and new students, 

Genesis's advice, "be confident in yourself."

Catiushka's advice, "never give up."

Genesis would like to be a police officer.
Catiushka would like to be a Taekwondo teacher.
