Meet Elizabeth Zimavilin.
She is 7 years old and a junior black belt.

Elizabeth likes Taekwondo because it is hard,

challenging, and a great way to make new friends.

There were many challenges that Elizabeth worked hard to overcome.

One of these challenges was getting dizzy when she would

spin while doing the tornado round house kicks.

Another challenge was the super high kicking.

Elizabeth packs a lot of power in her Taekwondo techniques.

She has become quite the student.

Elizabeth continues to remain determined and tries her very best.

When Elizabeth was asked if there was any advice she would give
a future student. Elizabeth would advice new students:

"Keep trying and work hard."

Elizabeth wants to be a veterinarian when she grows up.
