MAY 2020
Meet Asher Hilt.
He is 6 years old and a junior black belt.

Asher started studying Taekwondo, because
he wanted to get stronger. He had a lot of fun playing
the games and learning all the different kicks and forms.

Training was sometimes difficult in the evening after
being tired from the school day.
But no matter how tired Asher was from his school day,
he always showed his commitment and determination to
always try his best. Taekwondo has helped him get stronger.
After class, he would feel energized, where he felt he could do anything!
Asher will now approach any challenge with an, "I can do it attitude!"

Asher is most proud of his junior black belt and all his trophies.
He works very hard and is always trying his best. He practices
his forms every day so that he can achieve his next goal.

When asked what advice would he give to a new student.
Asher said:
"To listen to Master Yoon and respect your parents,
and just try your best!"

Asher would like to be an engineer, just like his Dad.
What motivates Asher to work hard is to gain more belts and trophies.
His training will help him achieve his goals by becoming stronger and
more disciplined.
