Meet Adhya Adepu.

She is 7 years old and a junior black belt.

Adhya started studying Taekwondo, because

her older brother, Arnav, was already taking Taekwondo lessons.
She wanted to do it too! 

​

Training was sometimes challenging,

especially when it came to doing the splits. 

 

But no matter how difficult or challenging, Adhya always showed her commitment and determination to always trying her best.

Over time, her stamina increased, she would feel energized,
and ready to do anything!

 

Be Strong! Never Give Up!

 

Adhya would like to be a hair stylist when she grows up.
